Recently my mother got admitted in KIMS Gachibowli hospital and in the process of understanding the health card and other details I was lost and confused.
Then I contacted Hari and he gracefully & timely helped me with all the details. He was patient in listening to me and was very understanding.
But while discharging was when I was extremely happy/delighted because he not only looked at the Claims closely but also indicated me that they are charging me extra 35k.
And when I enquired and Hari personally spoke to the Billing department and solved the excess charges that was asked to be paid OOP.
